Dan had the wonderful qualities of high intelligence, sincerity and good humor. He was a positive influence in the community and a dedicated family man. He is missed.
Brady was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio. As an undergraduate, he took a double major at Ohio University College (OU) of Business, earning B.B.A. degrees in both business/pre-law and finance. He attended OU on a scholarship, was consistently on the dean’s list and was accepted by Sigma Alpha Lambda Fraternity, a national leadership and honors organization. Brady then attended Ohio Northern University College of Law on an academic law scholarship, earning his J.D. degree as well as awards in insurance law and business organizations. He handled domestic relations cases at the law clinic while in his third year at Ohio Northern University.
Brady is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Florida Banker's Association. He is a proud member of the Venice-Nokomis Rotary and coaches the Venice High School boys freshman basketball team. Brady is an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter.

Charles F. Wheeler has practiced law in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties for over forty (40) years. His background emphasizes estate planning, probate, wills and trusts administration.
Mr. Wheeler graduated from the Kentucky Military Institute, which it was located on Tampa Avenue in Venice, Florida during the school years of 1954 through 1958. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Mr. Wheeler has represented banks, bank trust departments, savings and loan operations, the City of Venice, as well as many individuals and businesses in the area throughout his practice.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Venice-Englewood Bar Association.
He is married to Patricia A. Wheeler, who is an active Realtor with Signature Sotheby’s International Realty. The Wheeler’s have been very active in community and civic organizations for many years. They have two sons, Frank and Mark, who both practice law.
